We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are automatically calculated in your shopping cart according to the weight and size of the items.

Shipping to Spain and Portugal

We ship via GLS and it will arrive between 24 and 48 hours. Deliveries are made on working days. Shipments to the Balearic Islands usually take three or four days.

ANDORRA, CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA and MELILLA. Please contact the Customer Service Centre before placing your order.

European union shipping

Shipments are delivered by land via GLS and usually take between three and five days to arrive.

International shipping

Shipments are delivered by air and take between three and five days to arrive. This doesn’t include possible customs clearance delays at both departures and arrivals.

Please note that large parts such as bumpers, spoilers, etc. cannot be shipped by air. In such a case, please contact us and we will look into the possibility of maritime shipping.

Shipping costs include:

  • transportation
  • insurance
  • customs clearance at origin

Shipping cost do not include:

  • destination customs expenses
  • import taxes (tariffs). The recipient shall have to pay these, if applicable, upon receipt of the goods.

Tracking deliveries

All shipments have a tracking number. Once the package leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with the tracking link. You can also track it from your customer service area.


We accept returns within 90 days. If more than 90 days have passed since you received your purchase, we cannot accept the return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items

There are several types of products that cannot be returned.

  • electric or electrical parts
  • keys
  • batteries
  • liquids
  • paint
  • gift cards
  • software or activation licenses

Procedure for requesting a return

PLEASE DO NOT SEND OFF YOUR RETURN IMMEDIATELY. We have to authorise it first. To request a return merchandise authorisation (RMA), log in to your account and go to your order history. There, click on the details button of the order that you want to return and follow the instructions.

Once the return has been accepted, please print out the confirmation sheet and put it inside the package. You will be responsible for the payment of shipping costs for the return of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are sending valuable items, please remember to use a reliable courier service and consider whether taking out insurance is necessary. We accept no responsibility for not receiving the return or if it is received in bad condition.

After receiving the return

Once the return is received, we will proceed to issue a shopping voucher with no expiration date for the corresponding amount.

Damaged caused durign shipping:

If your package has external damage or shows signs of having been opened or tampered with when you receive it, ask the shipping company employee to make a record on the delivery note. You can even refuse to accept the merchandise.

In the event of detecting damage to the contents of the shipment once the package has been received, you must inform us within, at the very most, 48 hours to be able to process a claim with the carrier. Please keep the damaged contents and all packaging until we advise you on how to proceed.
